Main door : Teak wood frame with OST flush door, front side varnished shutter, back side painted with Godrej or                  equivalent lock

Other doors : Hard wood / Sal wood frame with flush door shutter painted on both the sides

Windows : UPVC casement windows

Ventilators : UPVC glazed louvers

PLUMBING / SANITARY FITTINGS

Toilets : European closets and wall mounted wash basins – Hindware or equivalent. EWC includes seat cover and             PVC flushing tank

CP fittings : Ess Ess or equivalent
